Likes: Music of all kinds, listening to her parents compose music, Korokke, Cuttlefish chips,
Thorn Birds, People who are willing to try, Winning, Bones, Bats, Toying with people, building
eletronic devices.

Dislikes: Philistines, Alcoholics, Leeks, Beef, Judgemental people, Bad smells (due to her
amplified sense of smell), The sound of a door locking.

Attacks: Oto No Sokudo No Jutsu (Speed Of Sound) Shizu hits all the muscles in the body with
amplified sound waves, and causes them to react in half time. Which slows down the enemies,
giving her a high speed advantage.

Onzou No Jutsu (Sound Image) An attack almost useless in the daytime. Shizu creates a replication of herself completly from sound. It seems to have substance and weight, but no actual image save for a small distortion in the air, caused by the sound waves.
Used mostly for confusion and strategy rather than an attack.

Anmin No Jutsu (Quiet Sleep) From an outsiders point of view, this would seem like a simple
melody that lulls people to sleep. In actuality, sound waves from the Oto Zoufukuki enter the ear
and cause fluids in the head to vibrate, and the friction of the movement heats them to such a degree that it causes the recipient to black out.

Shibire No Jutsu (Sleeping Limbs) A simple attack in which the sound waves from the Oto Zoufukuki are directed at a certian muscle, or set of muscles, and causes it or them to become numb and are rendered useless.

Ame Koe No Jutsu (Sound of Rain) One of Shizu's very few Jutsu's that does not involve immediate
use of amplified sound. She uses Chakra to trigger moisture in the air, and gather it together.
Causing it to rain. The sound of rain coming in contact with objects such as trees and people,
allows her to pinpoint their exact or approximate location, depending on their ammount of movement.

Issen Ai Oto No Jutsu (One Thousand Sad Voices) Shizu's last resort, in case nothing else is
effective. Shizu starts by directing all of her chakra into the Oto Zoufukuki which then emits Shizu's favorite song at its ultimate form. The amplified sound waves spill out in all directions and the sheer vibrations cause the body of any recipient to implode. This move has excellent range, and can defeat a small army. However at Shizu's current level of strength, she is unable to control
this move fully, and the out of control waves kill her as well.

Shizu also uses basic Taijitsu for close combat, and it is how she makes most of her kills.


Weaponry: The Oto Zoufukuki (Sound Amplifier seen here [link]) The amplifier plays music like a regular CD player. However when Chakra is focused into it, the sound is amplified to extreme. The sound waves can also be directed with chakra to desired targets. Chakra strings (used in every battle for picking up on vibrations of the enemy.) Kunai.

History: Shizu was born blind. Her parents were kind hearted travelling musicians. They wanted
the best for her, but were unable to form a strong bond with her because they were always so busy with their professions. Shizu had a fairly cheerful personality, although there were several things that could get her down. She wasn't very fast to anger, but when she did get mad, she often lost control of herself. Shizu always enjoyed listening to her parents music from the sidelines, and music was a huge part of her life growing up. The ninja arts were also fascinating to her though, and one of her hobbies was to practice the basics when her parents weren't nearby. When she was sixteen her parents decided she was old enough to experience the world on her own, and she decided to become more serious about being a ninja. On her journeys around neighbouring towns, she heard about the ninja village of Sound. Since the name sounded interesting, and there was no where else that she planned to go, Shizu packed her bags and set off.

She was accepted into the village and enrolled in the small academy there. Although she mastered
detecting opponents with sound and became quite good at the basics of taijitsu, she still lost
fights often and was horrible at ninjitsu. The teachers told her that there was no way she could
become a ninja because she was blind.

Determined to prove that she could become a great ninja despite her inability to see, she
developed a musical based method of attacking. She built specially designed sound controlling
devices that she wore on her ears like headphones. They could easily amplify sound, and then tune it out so it didn't effect her. She also built the Oto Zoufukuki (sound amplifier) that was
designed to be carried on her back. (see weaponry for explanation)

Shizu returned to the Academy, and after taking a special test and graduating to Genin, she very
quicky became a Chuunin, and then a jounin. Looking for new recruits, Orochimaru took notice of
Shizu's impressive progress and tracked her down.
Without an ultimate plan or path in life, Shizu quicky accepted Orochimaru's offer to join his
personal band of ninjas. Very soon after, he gave her the cursed seal of heaven in order to
enhance her strength.Shizu does have a social life as well, she spends much of her time with old friends from the academy. She also produces Cd's of her own music, and she is quite popular in several villages.

Any other information: The mechanical devices on Shizu's ears control how much sound she wants to let in. She can also use them to greatly enhance her sense of hearing so that enemies are easier to locate. Shizu was not born with pink hair. She was originally blond, but she started dying it when she was ten, and never stopped. The colours she wants her hair to be all depends on what is happening in her life at the moment, or how she feels.
