MAJIN BUU BEEYOCHESby *Meiphon

As you may already know I used to be a very big DBZ fan, wayyyyyyy back in the day. My roommate

had never grown up with it, only seen a few episodes.
Honestly I feel that DBZ was what inspired many of the animations of today. So...I wanted her to watch it, see what started so many of the action based anime's.
I found an uncut version.....wow.....See....I grew up with the cut one. I can't even START on how different it is. Wow. Just wow.

Anyways, re watching it rekindled my love for the series, specially buu. He's undeniably fun.

So here's a quicky I did in between commissions, I needed a bit of a break 0-0

If you can do Super Buu like this I can only imagine how massively detailed you would draw Cell. My favourite were the Android and Cell Sagas but the Buu Sagas were a damn sight close second as my favourites.

I cannot tell you how well this is rendered and the pose which exemplifies the pompous arrogance of of Super Buu, so many favourite childhood moments rolled up into this picture.

I adored Cell, he was just really smooth and cool back in the day. Buu will always be my fave though, they took such chances with his character design and personality.

I agree, Buu had such a diverse range of personas for each of his forms which in turn were all different aesthetic wise. My favourite form of Buu was Evil Buu. He only had a few minutes of screen time before absorbing Good Buu and becoming Super Buu. He didn't even speak that much being very stoic and silent, this contrast is what makes him a favourite of mine. Evil Buu was just so unlike all the other overly vocal and exuberant forms of Buu.

Awesome work and i have a friend who has the uncut versions, truly badass anime that literally makes you look at the entire series from an entirely different "adult" angle! XD
