ADVANCED ARTIST CRITIQUE *HELP*

I've recently been attempting to add more dynamics to my artwork. More perspective, style and fun.
Although I feel like I'm not capturing what I want.
I hardly ever get critique on my artwork anymore, its soo rare. Someone may point out a proportional mistake, which I do appreciate, but what I really need to know is how I can make the picture BETTER.
Please people, don't apologize for giving me critique, don't be shy. Just give it to me straight.
Send me links, images, ref whatever to show me how to get better. How to make the picture far more interesting.
So this is what I need from some of my watchers. I need critique. Honest, harsh red lined critique.
On msn even, before I finish the picture.
Someone experienced in perspective/dynamics would be really awesome.
I feel too shy to ask big name artists for help, as I'd seem like just another noob mooch. At least thats how I've been treated.
Most of the artists just ignore me.
I'm sure they get a million notes a day asking the same thing I am though, so I won't hold it against them.
I need to get better! And even though I can't see a lot of mistakes in my art I have a great eye for critique on other peoples, thats usually how it goes. So it would be great to establish some "artist friendships"
I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine.
I can give you constructive, honest, frank critique as well. I'll red line, send pictures, etc. I just need some help.
I feel like I'm not getting better, I'm just staying in the same spot.
So please, give me some wisdom, don't be shy, don't be intimidated. Just speak up. I need it!

Also, a big thanks goes out to all my watchers that DO critique me, comment me. Faves mean a lot as well, but I just REALLY appreciate comments. Faves seem empty, its like "oh I like it, but I wont tell you what it is I like about it"

And, I have watched the TF series whenever I can. I actually love it. The humor, cartoony structure. (I am -planning- on doing a picture for it later on today.. but, it all depends. XD ) It's great. And, it is funny about the Archie comics. I used to by them from book 14 all the way up to 16-something or another. The art work was so much greater back then. I miss it. The story-line too. It's just become so.. blah here lately.
And, I have been watching him for quite some time. He's an awesome artist, isn't he? His art inspires me so much.

Have you been watching the tf animated series?
Sonic is what originally inspired my artwork, back in the day archie comics brought out sonic/knuckles comics. The art was so inspiring I couldnt help but start drawing. Have you read them?
